    3. attempting to reverse engineer or discover source code or underlying components of the Platform (including models and algorithms) except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law, and interfering with, disrupting, or bypassing Platform services or security measures.
5. Intellectual Property
  • All components of the Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of PromptBio or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us at support@promptbio.ai with a description of the copyrighted work.
6. Limitation of Liability
  • The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. PromptBio wants to ensure that your use of the Platform is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We cannot guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. However, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that you have the best possible experience.     1. limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury
    2. limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
    3. limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law
    4. exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
  • The limitations and prohibitions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
